I did not have this problem when the software was installed on a Win 98 OS and using an older Adobe version. I have no idea what ScanGear version was installed.

The hard drive crashed and now we have Win 7 Pro. Also, just want to say that there’s some really great advice on this thread and help me to get this farso thank you all very much. Now if I can just solve this other issue I’ll be very happy. Any suggestions?
