Source Sdk 2007 Download Black Mesa
Thank you dear Alx! Whatever, do you know where can i find downloaded data (like SOURCE SDK BASE 2007 or something else.) that the steam server can download it?? I looked yesterday that the steam server start download SOURCE SDK BASE 2007 with 2.879. MB and either BLACK MESA UPDATE for running HL1-BM. So i want to know where it could be in my hard drive??and wanna save it for myself and back it up! Um, slightly confused but I'll try to help.
Couple days ago some weirdness happened. Was playing BMS just fine. The next day i go back to continue playing and now i'm having to re-download the entire 'source sdk base 2007' which is a 3.4 GB file. I have no clue why its making me do this. I made zero changes to anything. Didnt delete anything.
Source SDK can be downloaded through Steam by going to the Library tab and finding the Tools Section. After its downloaded the files themselves are located somewhere in your Steam folder. Its not necessary to back them up yourself. BMS is installed in your sourcemods folder, which is located in your Steam folder (Normally around C: Program Files Steam steamapps ). (Or Program Files (x86) on 64bit systems.) I hope this helps. Thanks all you dears! You asked for why i'm trying to back up all downloaded data from steam server?
BCuz i have a fkn damn internet speed and wanna back up of all this data forever that i want to install this game each time! And i don't want even to needs a lot of things for download to RUN the game! For EX: if i want to install this game and steam once again later, so i need to install steam first, and two, black mesa!, and three there's a lot of damn data like source SDK base 2007 need to download by steam! But why!?why i must do this wasting time again!? Download 2.800.fkn MB just for play again this game!?
That's what i'm talking about! So after all of this blah blah blah. Is someone here wants to tell me, if i copy the Steam and black mesa folder that has been installed in my drive to the one folder except the installed folder! Would it be responsible later or could it be use again if i install the game and steam once, and paste it into new install folder to RUN the game without any fkn download data from the steam server!!? Hi.plz any body do this beauty job and give me one or two.
Download link! My fkn download speed is too low and with STEAM itself its too bad speed and makes me nervous!>:( assistance will be greatly appreciated! Thank you all dudes! I was looking for a torrent to download the source SDK base 2007 and found one that includes Black Mesa too. I already found a fast torrent of black Mesa via GamersHell (yes! GamersHell offer torrent with webseed of their servers downloads!!!) so with the following torrent I selected blackmesa files and chose not to download. (live today 2013 aug 9th it is downloading slowly 50-120kb/s, but i prefer that cause steams bandwidth limit creates huge lags on my brothers cs:go online gameplay [even in very low limits]).
Torrent Alibre Design Expert more. From Black Mesa (formerly Black Mesa: Source) is a Half-Life 2 total conversion remaking of Valve Software's award-winning PC game, Half-Life. Utilizing the Source engine, Black Mesa will reintroduce the player as Doctor Gordon Freeman, along with the original cast of memorable characters and environments seen in Half-Life. Black Mesa was built and founded on the basis that Half-Life: Source didn't fully live up to the potential of a Source engine port of Half-Life. As such, Black Mesa was founded to fully reconstruct the Half-Life universe utilizing Source to its fullest potential in terms of art detail, level sizes and code features. It should be noted that the project is being built from the ground up and is not a simple port of Half Life maps and models into the Source Engine.
The idea is to remake the storyline used in Half Life into a new polished Source Engine version with new models, maps, soundtrack, voice acting and textures. This total conversion will not require Half-Life: Source to play - only a copy of any Source Engine game installed on Steam. For more details, check the System Requirements.
