Hello, I bought Pioneer DDJ-Ergo 5 months ago but since i formatted my Macbook and I lost the CD of the Virtual DJ LE along with it' serial number I cannot install it again. I talked with Virtual DJ Support and told that I should speak with you to give me the serial number of the Virtual DJ Copy that was included in the box. I do have the serial number of the ERGO since it's written on the bottom of the controller. Also I have already register the ERGO at pioneerdj.com. So Can you please help me to find the S/N of the Virtual DJ LE copy?
