Your game version is right. That's what it shipped with. I would make sure the gamedata folder is in the right place. In XP it goes here: C: Program Files bitComposer Games S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Call of Pripyat Then what I would do.

Click to expand.Can't do it. I have C.O.P and downloaded mods for that game. I use Winrar and I have used that to install mods on SHOC with no problem.When I open the mod I extract Game data to COP the same as I would do for SHOC.The false thing is changed to true but still no go.

When I look into the config. I don't see a game data folder. What am I doing wrong? It;s driving me nuts. Can you or anyone here give me step by step instructions on exactly how to do it? I know I may appear stupid but I just can't wrap my head around the proper procedure.Thanks and take care.

Click to expand.Here is a step by step the way I do it. Keep in mind that I'm using WinXP. First you have to go into your games directory and open up the fsgame.ltx folder and change this line so that it looks like this: $game_data$ = true true $fs_root$ gamedata Click Save.

I create a New Folder on desktop. Rename to whatever the mod is called.

Extract the mod to that folder. Inside that folder will be a folder called gamedata. Copy/paste the gamedata folder to the games directory so that it looks like this.
